Hammered Brass Star Studs

These studs are hand cut from brass sheet and planished using a specialist hammer to give it texture.  With silver plated earring posts.

This ethical jewellery is handmade by the Flowering Desert Project which provides training and fairly paid work for women from rural communities in Tamil Nadu, India.  

This product comes packaged in a Just Trade box and includes information about the makers behind the piece.

Brass is likely to tarnish over time. If you want to restore the original shine to your jewellery we recommend you clean it with Brasso and a soft cloth.
