Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Merchandise
Return / Exchange/ Refund Policy
Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder. We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, for your own peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, and you may return them in the original packaging. On our receipt of the goods in suitable condition we will either exchange the items or refund the value of the goods to your card.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, please inform us within 7 working days, you may return them to us and we will either exchange items or refund the value of the goods. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post or at least obtain a certificate of posting. Goods should be returned in their original packaging at your expense to the following address;

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit. When we receive your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my purchased item arrives damaged?
Damage Policy
Email orders[at]justtrade.co.uk or call +44 (0)20 735 88 500 for assistance with your damage claim. Please reference your order number in your communication. If goods being returned are faulty or we have sent incorrect goods we will credit your return postage costs (you may send the goods back to us using priority, recorded delivery or guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate first class postage cost).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
