Did you know that over 2.5 billion people don't have a toilet? World Toilet day is a day to draw attention to the fact that over a 3rd of the world does not have access to basic sanitation like toilets.

What can you do about it?

If you're the facebook type- download the application super badger (a fun way to stay informed and campaign on justice issues).
There is a campaign through super badger to pressure Mike Foster MP – the UK government minister responsible for global sanitation – to be a toilet hero.

Or you can twin your toilet. Our friends at CORD have set up a project where for only £60 you can twin your toilet with a toilet in the developing world. Your money will pay for a toilet block to be built for a family and they'll even give you a GPS reference so you can check out your toilet on google earth!
